* EOI for Coaches that are interested in a Team Position for an event may fill in their name and select a competition.
* Team Coaches selected for an event may be asked to fill out a Team Application .
* DO NOT ENTER COMPETITIONS IN 2011 AND 2012 ON THE SAME FORM. Please use a separate form for each submission.
